What needs to happen is that KK, JC, DV and AFO need to give back the 'Retention Bonus' they each received in Q3 of FY2016 so that the people that were forced to give up pay in the same quarter to pay for those bonuses can get paid back.
That can't be a good sign. The company is doing you a favour so that if it becomes unable to meet the payroll costs, you will lose no more than 2 weeks' pay instead of a possible 4 weeks' pay.
Why are you complaining? you are lucky to still have a paycheque. Some in the US will be booted out of the street with just 2weeks notice soon
The sale of CC is complete and split occurs next week
