The map and chart with business names, job titles and prevailing wage is interesting. There are at are almost 13.000 H-1B visas granted to workers in Charlotte. If you scroll down the Employer list to Tata Consultancy Services Limited, you can see the salaries of their employees. It's outrageous.

Given the direction that EIS has been going, it should be obvious that the final outcome will be shipping all of our products and jobs to India. This allows executives to avoid the coming restrictions on H-1Bs from the Trump administration.

For the employees who are being MckRIF-ed, consider yourself fortunate. You will be leaving at just the right time. Don't look back, keep your head held high, and celebrate. You made it out alive. Management will push the Remainders to work 50 - 60 hour weeks to make arbitrary deadlines. And at the end, you'll still have to train your Indian replacement.

@LkY9RiQ-djsg: Not fired, left after the daily training phone call schedule came out that had me teaching India how to do my job after March 31. McK did minimal training to onboard me, I sure as hell was not going to perform this service for them. Didn't stay where I wasn't wanted and refused to sell my soul for some crappy severance package....... OUT.

@LkY9RiQ-djsg: Really, nothing better to do than troll other peoples posts? If you've been paying attention at all, you'd recognize that layoffs at MCK (particularly EIS) have nothing to do with performance. They've simply decided that Indians are better slave labor than Americans. All that management has to do is ignore the never ending code screw ups and incomprehensible e-mails sent to the entire division. As long as they keep shaking their head yes, that's all that matters.

Let me guess. You were fired for horrendous performance yet you think you are the best in the world, just like the guy you voted into office and the foreign country..

And still people wonder why Americans are so pissed off and Trump got elected. People are tired of this crap and McK is the ultimate idiot for making this mistake again....
