I ashamed to be apart of this company last year they came out and preached family take care of each other they said. I've seen alot of change in over 10 years now.This is shamefull greed i struggle to take in.you want more dollars through the door evolve your black friday ad for one same sh-- every year. For another go back to quality products i.e kline bessey bosch router bits etc... for another the buyers are awfull too long we wait for product weeks even months without. Replenishment system is a joke cant tell me you only sold 3 in 6months when that's all I've had to sell! I'm sick to my stomach at how little you really care time to start looking i don't want anymore affiliation with this heartless greedy disgusting company

Thank you. This is happening cause of the many failures of corporate decisions. Every year is something new, heard of myLowes much. What version of IMPACT will come this year? Or how CPO is a failure. we get the brunt of the customers' complaints cause of CPO's ineptitude. Still waiting on Sterling/R7 to rollout for the past 5 years.
And yes stop selling the same stuff every Black Friday and expect to make 300k while competing with better deals.
