That's what you are if you are working for WFM and aren't looking for another job. Don't just sit there and wait until they decide to eliminate your position, close your store, combine your regional team with another region, or fire you for no reason so they can save on fulltime labor. This company stopped caring about team members a long time ago. How many times have you seen them ask a Meat ATL to relocate for a Meat TL job at another store and then months later combine the Meat TL and Seafood TL jobs into one? What about the team members who have worked here for years in order to finally make a somewhat comfortable salary only to have their jobs eliminated and asked to accept a parttime $12/hour job? Find a company with some morals and values. You'll be much better off.

They won't layoff anyone until their Tribal Gathering on planet Austin is over. I hear team members from all across the galaxy are being summoned home to help stock and play make believe. They can't disappoint the dignitaries with everyday reality! I wonder if they still go big or go home in the SW?

WF will chew you up and spit you out. It's better to get out as soon as you can! Conditions are only going to get worse. The stress of that place is not, I repeat, not worth your physical or mental well being!
I'm trying. I texted my old supervisor today. Now I get to be the guy that goes back to his old job. Still better than my TL's impossible expectations.
