When is this ACTUALLY supposed to happen or at least, when are the employees supposed to be officially notified of upcoming changes? We have yet to hear about any of this in the store except for rumors and speculations.

Store manager put out an email to all Dept managers that the mandatory 3:30pm staff meeting will be held on Tuesday.
I got the call today for meeting tomorrow at 3pm
I believe the roll out, like other recent program pushes (LEF, Value Improvement, CPO...), will be haphazard and poorly executed causing even more heartache.
My store let go of 2 asm's today and on Tuesday we are going from 13 dm's to 5, the rest of which will be demoted to a csa 5 and are guaranteed a job for only a year before they have to apply for something else, or be fired. Also I have been told that most of the specialists and pros will lose their job title and be just csa's.

What part is happening Tues? The layoffs or the news that it's coming?
It's happening for our store on Tue. Not sure if it's the same day for every store. It's been a waiting game for us.
