Rather than what you worked on, be more worried about your age or how close you are to vesting. HR has demonstrated that is their focus!

Bottom line: lots of Marathon employees are updating LinkedIn or have their resumes on the street. There will be a mass exodus from the place when things turn around.

You can make the same money wherever you go. It's about spending most of your waking hours in a healthy environment. Who would want to work in misery. That's pretty desperate.

It's not about money it's about the nasty environment and why do you assume everyone commenting still works at MRO. It's people just like you who make it worse. Such hatred fills this company. Sniff sniff.
Almost everyone on here b--ching is making over $100k a year. We get a ton on vacation and the benefits are wonderful. If you don't like get the f ock on. Go cry in your cornflakes somewhere else.
Lee chooses not to mingle and know his employees. Blue jeans is not responsible for his behavior. Never seen to this extreme. If anyone deserves a bottom tier he would be there.
Never happen. Blue Jeans isolates Lee from dealing with us minions. Anyone who can state that "money is a demotivator," while pocketing tens of millions for himself is disconnected from reality.
He may be right, however, in that his excess pay may explain his abysmal performance and MRO under performing its peers ever since he arrived on the scene.
He went to A&M. Should have joined the corps, if but to learn the meaning of team building and leadership. I hope MRO gets rid of this squeaky voiced race car driver while it is still solvent.
I don't hate MRO but this time of year is miserable as I fear for my job and fear where I will land in the ranking process. I did not work on a big project this year. That could be bad. I have spent a lot more time s---ing up. That could help, but I don't think anyone I work with was in the group reviewing me. That could hurt. Why torture myself? I have seen enough to know it's BS. Sadly, everyone's bonus depends on this BS. It is a bad environment to work in, but I am grateful to have a job. I just wish MRO would get rid of Lee and DBJJ so we could be one team and work together with out all the politics and backstabbing.
