from what i have seen this is not effecting the install sales managers, is this right???
also are now all dept managers even install sales on the regular schedule with one weekend off a month????

I work in ct. And our whole region eliminated the install department. Every one of those employees were worked into the sales floor even the install dept. manager. we have gone to centralized CPO central production office. Basically there is no one in the store that deals with the install except for the sales person that sold the project. We are not the only region that has done this. Our district eliminated the install dept. in October of 2016. So our install dept manager lost the position in October , then filled an open dept. manager position on the sales, and now was not one of the selected 5! That is with 7 years as depth manager!
