Dream on ... DIP financing came just in time to avoid changes or interruptions to pay and wages. Wow we were that close to going under. Forced time off coming !!!!

Another troll post. Since only the USA entity is in C11 any WW reduction would require a huge budget for redundancy payments.

The EC is a group of indecisive people. They had serious interest and all i can guess is it would have hurt their performance incentives. I no longer buy any of their so called performance facts. And oh yeah we are bankrupt but still hiring and not laying off. Does that make sense?

Again clearly someone who is talking BS. 4 qtr was good because all US staff was forced to take unpaid leave and a 62m overturn jury decision. You need to wake up!

That is ridiculous. Don't believe everything you hear or read. Our EBITDA as % of Revenue was great last quarter - why on earth would they risk a very profitable business model by laying off 45% of the staff? That is just illogical. The EC knows they are walking on eggshells when it comes to employee attrition and are doing everything in their power to retain them.
