Thread regarding Wal-Mart Stores Inc. layoffs

I used to respect Walmart and enjoy my job but not so much anymore. A couple times of year we go through this routine and now I'm hearing that they aren't going to do this in mass layoffs but will be cutting all year long from now on. I'm not so happy with the big blue anymore. I can't find any pride for this company anymore. I just don't know if I'll ride it out and see if things get better or if I'll look for work outside the company. I keep hearing people say how much happier they are when they leave but is it just the grass is always greener or truly better out there?
