I think this is some sort of gainsharing. we don't know gainsharing when people leave it pays out on a cycle , so termed Tms can often get a small payment later, if they had insurance and stil owed money it ends up going against the balance,. We expected 1200 to take severance and it was many many more that actually took it and with people having the options to take 60 days to agree then some having up to 30 days to sign the severance agreement. You could call yor Tms point for your last store and ask for copies of pay statements for after your last day worked, if they cannot help call global Tms.

Is 2.63 what I can expect for gainsharing if I ever get it?
they are available now. i havent worked there since 2015 and somehow i got a damn w2 for 2.63..wtf is up w/that???

If you signed up for early online access they are on the talk w2 express website indicated in your gig book. If you did not they are mailed to your address in workday postmarked by the federal deadline which is the last day of January . This means if you did not sign up for online and if your correct address is in workday by the deadline indicated in workday you should have it by mail next i Friday. In prior years if you did not sign up for online you could still go info after the and enroll for onoline and print it.
