I don't have any coachings but I did ask if you have 1 can you still apply. I was told yes, if you have 2 or more coachings you can't apply for the new position .

Our Store manager said they would be only be ineligible if they had two coachings.
In response to the last post.I'm currently a fresh manager and was just brought in and told I would have to reapply for the position. Then informed I was not eligible because I have one coaching. No other information was given in regards to what my options would be going forward aside from I currently have a job until otherwise notified. Lots of questions. No answers. Lot of rumors going around that many current fresh managers would be ineligible to apply for the new restructured position if they have a" needs improvement " on last review or even one coaching. I strongly doubt they are just going keep us around on payroll until they have another manager position open in the building as per the last post states. Do you know the track record of the company we work for?
Fresh Manager positions are going to be staying, we will have to reapply for the new position since it is changing to a level 3 with pay increase and better bonus structure as long as your increasing sales. Current managers with 2 coachings will not be able to reapply for their position but will be kept on as an over staff manager in the building until other management positions open up. So moral of this story nobody is losing there job
Ours started at 12 EST. The GM was conducting them one on one with each assistant. Our fresh manager basically confirmed her position was not going to be around.
I'm on the Sam's Club side. Store managers had a meeting on Monday. There were told to take Tuesday off. There is a meeting currently going on, started at 1:00 PM CST between the Store manager and the assistant managers.
