When should we expect to receive the proof of healthcare (I do not know the tax form number) form? Does anyone have any leads or updates?

The bankruptcy judge approved employing WORXTIME to provide Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement for former ITT Tech employees on January 25, 2017.

The trustee for the bankruptcy has asked the court to approve employing WORXTIME to provide Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement for former ITT Tech employees. It may take some time to get this done but the process is in motion.
The trustee used the same process to employ ADP for W-2 forms.
