Firing is common in Lowe's India too...almost all who were part of starting it up are asked to leave....deals that happens there are shabby....one of the worst ones to work for !

Niblock thinks no one has a brain but himself. I hate to break it to him but the people he fired would know how to run the company better. I can't see anyone wanting to work for this company. When you hit 40 you are gone. And if you didn't get fired this time...just wait... there is another round coming next month. Some departments have went through this once or twice a year for years. Can't someone there figure out the problem isn't the workers?
