who can evaluate VP's performance? And make a positive change in QCT?

HR does not count as they do shxt.

You can! You can send a 3rd party appraisal email to anyone's manager at any time. If it's well founded, go ahead and CC a senior HR person as well. If it's baseless, then you might expect some repercussion. In either event, this should yield a positive change for QC.

@1er1: so true. Each of these "VP" at Qualcomm, who have been here for over 15 plus years are so clueless and brown nosers... Total namesake role given to a$$ kissers.

Why bother .... Almost ALL VPs at Qualcomm, definitely the ones who have been here for more than 15 years cannot be fixed. Just fire them all!

Too late for them learn anything g useful and helpful to anyone, let alone themself. We all know how they got to be VPs. Not because of any hard work that effects Qualcomm bottom line. But, cleaning someones bottom, brown nosing deeply.
