Again, they think outside tech jobs can be learned in a few days.
It's all part of the bigger plan. Get as many people educated on the fios product where more self installs can be performed and they will also have a bigger pool of scabs to choose from next contract all while dangling the carrot in front of them. IF YOU WORK HARD WE WILL HIRE YOU PERMANENT NOT....
