Yes, I am looking and it is very sad how things have changed, no longer able to really help members and make a difference in their health. Time to be a nurse again and feel good about myself.

I am finished working for today and did not get information about team restructuring
What is reteaming? Does that mean teams being recreated? Like what's been happening?
I have heard to brace for mass layoffs of RNs/MSWs in Q2, but it sounds like management doesn't even know what will happen, so it's all just rumors until we hear otherwise. Given the restructuring changes and the hush hush nature of everything, paired with the top execs of HAH conveniently selling off stock and 'retiring' I would anticipate some truth to said rumors though. With that said, if the wheels are already in motion, don't kill yourself to get 75 calls/day. Someone somewhere has a plan, and no matter what we do, we won't be able to stop whatever that plan means for us. Relax, do your best and hope for the best. Hopefully, we'll have answers soon.
Who is going to those meetings? Who is being reteamed?
Meetings to discuss the "Reteaming" tomorrow so this should be a very interesting week.
