QC is a well connected organization within a vertical, so irrespective of your skills it is about how long you have been loyal through thick and thin with a VP. VP's pretend to be impartial but realty is they don't care as they themselves have to satisfy up. Everything from bottom up is made to satisfy the matrix not the actual quality of the product. The fact is that even if you complain then also, sooner or later you will be penalized. So s--- up or get a new job
