Appliance repair this was a great job 15 .years ago.Then the bad practices of these managers started .They conspire with each other to go after their techs .Many good techs quit.If you did not quit they would make up some problem to get rid of you .

I'm pretty sure everyone from the CEO to incompetent techs who treated customers like sh!t are to blame. Arrogant company for a long time, finally getting its due.
I can appreciate your frustration, but it comes across as bitter complaining with no substance to back the statements up. Do you have examples of these "bad practices" and managers conspiring?
And this is pointed at the east coast region - please share what's happening there so we can discuss. Perhaps these things are happening in other regions too.

Do not blame it on regional district managers or tech managers . The only person to blame is Eddie (the real estate guru). The ants were following the queen. Many great techs left but we can fix this. Let SHLD go bankrupt and relieve the debt burden and then we will pounce as a group (collective) to do this repair system as it should be. Ride this turd out and we will contact you.
