So here is what is happening now. We are getting members who have already told someone at Humana that they DID NOT want to participate in monthly calls. HCM-RN will now reap the benefits of more declinations. Verint evaluations will reflect more of us rushing through calls...quanity not quality. Where is Well Being in all of this? I haven't found time for WB in a year!
