I'm pretty sure that such a case will end up in the same courtroom that fines and imprisons "illegals" whose employers simply quit paying, refused exit visas to, and reported as "escapees".

Guys my only feedback is if you are laid off or forced out via other methods have a look at the labor law in Saudi. People might try and put you off saying it will take years (it will!) but its pretty prescriptive. You can check if what they are doing to you is legally allowed then use that to challenge their decisions. At the same time, if you are forced out find a local lawyer and give them a power of attorney on your behalf to fight your case even if you are out of kingdom.

VPN really helps here - it does slow things down a bit but it helps with a ton of issues I am having with sties being blocked.
