Having dealt with USCIS i can tell you from experience USCIS does not care !!! Bureaucracy, endless paper trails and backlogs of work already 😂 😂 😊 is an empediment to USCIS processing the basic needfuls for very easy immigration cases. Dumbest people work at USCIS who do minimal work, can't spell and send out wrong letters or letters with grammar mistakes. How r they going to follow fraudulent H1Bs ??? I will not bother. Last year, Intel laid off >10000 workers, many mid-age. Within a year, Intel replaced them with mostly young RCGs. As we all know, many young RCGs are are H-1Bs. Would that be an abuse? To me it is obvious.
All Silicon Valley companies are abusing the H1B Visa system.
