My store is on SOPS and it's running well here. Seems like a bit more paperwork than we need to do but I get it. Anyone can go to a teams board and get a good grasp of whats going on. Its like a one stop shop for all aspects of that team. Also our back areas are all neat and decluttered. If you have empty shelves it's the team and not the proceess.
Always running out of product. Quality of product not good. Customers not happy.
15 clip boards of paper for each dept. Everything labeled where it's supposed to be at all times.
The Greatest program to control perfect inventory, makes for a Great Team.

No backstock, logs for everything, all shelves labeled, blah blah blah
