This new guy is clueless and even more lost the Lundgren. These high paid executives fail to realize that although online sales have increased, instore sales still account for the major portion of our sales. Our store sales are not dropping because the customers are shopping on our website. We are loosing customers from our stores because we are staffed so bare, that customers who need service can't get it due to the one associate on the floor either having a line or being tied up with other customers. When customers leave the store empty handed due to lack of staff, they don't go home and buy it online and they don't come back to the store. The customers with money want to shop in store. But they are tired of being overlooked by CEOs and executives who devalue their patronage in favor of the online customer, who still only makes up a fraction of sales! Wake up!
