Just came out of a meeting and heavy vendor cut is coming in ISD by end of this month and next quarter. Some areas will not have any vendors at all. Vendor cut will go on this year due to extremely low budget and GEC leadership direction.

We knew vendor cuts were going to happen at the beginning of the year. Several IT teams lost the entire o/s budget and second round of vendor cuts will be at the end of Q1. Those teams will have no vendors by Q3.
Total 1000+ will be eliminated as per JK in recent townhall. 70:30 ratio is expected for associate and vendors.
