NYSE: HUM) president and CEO Bruce Broussard's total compensation nearly doubled in 2016 from 2015, according to a company filing with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission.
In 2016, Broussard's total compensation grew to $19.7 million, or an increase of 91 percent, from his 2015 total compensation of $10.3 million.

I have been with the company many years and have seen NO RAISE in at least 2 years. I meet my metrics no matter how many hours it takes me, have never called in sick, never been late, and never had any complaints. I work for SNP. Again NO RAISE for me in at least 2 years.
Who got a 2% raise?! I got NADA and I exceeded my performance expectations and have even won several star awards.
