I will call it now. 1 HRM per district. 1 AST FT position per store. Perhaps larger volume gets a FT and PT AST.

How long before Macy's is fully robotic?
What admins? AST?? AST has so much to do, that they are not able to only concentrate on HR functions. HRM's have a ton to do, but I think that these positions will eventually go away.
