Been with Verizon for 20 years in the SoCal area. For 15 years was a store manager and probably 10 of those years was making a 6 figure income. Had to step down to take care of a family member so spent the last 5 years being a CSR, ES and then RSS. I received my severance package from my managers and it seems like the Payout was low compared to what I have been hearing on the boards. I see many are stated that it's 2 weeks pay for ever year you have been employed. Does anyone know if this is accurate ?
