April 07, 2017 - Here they go again. 19 people cut in the Ft. Worth, TX office. A few stay on the "transition team" and will be whacked as soon as they are finished. RMS Titanic II

This company treated its' employees unfairly from the start. My position is one of intelligence and stability. I should have never been let go, but goes to show who the real idiots are.
No reputable HR department insults, yells and pushes personnel out the door like the Range bunch. Massive layoffs that they have conducted for the last 3 years has only made them harsh and unfair to people who have lost their jobs by no fault of their own. There can't be that many poor performers suddenly - the layoffs are due to mismanagement at the top. Performance reviews were based on preparing for the layoff, not the integrity and abilities - dedication and conscientiousness- of those laid off. This was at the direction of RRHr. I hope they sleep well.
Its obvious the person that made the first comment has 0 idea what they are talking about. The Range Resources Hr Dept is one of the best out there. #FACTS#
The state of the Industry does not excuse the behavior of Range management (who have tanked other companies in their past). The HR department is a lawsuit waiting to happen and in need to human decency.
