That is very strange to have sr director 2s with no teams. Either they're going to replace current people/teams or they got hired just in time to be fired.
Either way, I've seen more coordination at a poo fight at a monkey house than I have in these layoffs. It's becoming clear these consultants didn't know what people did and neither did leadership. How can they be so disconnected to what needs to be done to run a business and who executes these functions? Bizarre.

That's not how I understood it. They announced new leaders and teams and not all teams are in place yet or were announced. But I didn't hear that to mean any Sr Dir 2's were without a team.
