I think they have already added more than 5 years to my age :-O

Hoping they do what other companies do..... offer 5 additional years of service and 5 years added to your age to leave and start pension. That way they don't pay severance or unemployment tax penalty!! Please offer it to all USA
Haven't heard anything but in U.K. The deadline is approaching. They have to leave by June 30
