Well....given the fact that the emergence of managers hired at Ciber were former EDS/HPE managers what is expected?
Another fine example of brilliant management at work. The corporate world no longer nurtures or develops leaders. The leader they do demand are buffoons, boneheads with all the fine education but no practical or rational decision making or common sense. Oh well. Look at major corporations today. They are more concerned with diversity, cost structure, and illogical decision making then they are with strengthening the company they work for. HPE and DXC just continue to make lousy decisions. Not like it was 25 years ago.
