I fell in love with Health Coaching because it benefits both sides. Seemed like a super-smart innovation. Keep people healthy and save on insurance costs. But it seems Humana only wants to coach the more critically ill folks that could incurr immediate claims for Humana.
They are force-graduating about 1/5 of all members in SH because they are too well. In most cases we have to fight tooth and nail to hold on to members and keep them engaged. Humana must not be making a profit off of our healthier folks.
Force Graduating People we have been working hard to engage seems shady. Can't we just grandfather them in?
Also, can't we just grandfather in associates on the schedule they have been working since we were hired?
Apparently it is all about Humana's needs and not members or associates.
If Humana makes these changes and becomes more profitable, how much of those profits will be invested in us?
