jackets ..stickers...pension ..80% matching 401k..85k a year,,,full medical family of 5 $125 a month..grievance procedure arbritration..no one pushes me around.. pay givebacks= NOT HAPPENING..its cool
Laugh all you want about the Union. Ill be laughing when im protected from what they're doing to this company. Everyone hates the Union but the Dolans ingrained into out brains that they're bad. You didnt go Union heres a raise heres raise. They didnt do that because they wanted to. They did it because they knew if you went Union they were screwed. Thats why they put up most of the fight the last few years because they wanted to sell out. The more people Union backed the less a company could come in and change it around. Have you ever noticed that the Union works make more money? Have you ever noticed that they have better benifits? Everyone claims they take your money but they also provide you with everything else just like a pension. Whats going to happen when they take your 401k and drop it or will not be required to match it anymore. They can what they want when they want how they want. Its their company not yours. No im not a Union rep and not a supervisor but its sad all these sups stood up for the company and half of them are getting fired and those all say better Unionize before they cut your jobs after the fiber build. After all La box is so easy a customer can set it up.
I worked in Randolph for 14 years. Who else got let go from there for bs reasons? Actually we can't name names on here so just say what department he was from, I might be able to figure it out
