After executives got bonuses for working harder, those sales compensation will also get their sales commission. But for the remaining people working in R&D, Services burdening with extra works, do you think they will get their pathetic bonus and merit increment? Did KK fight for their benefits too?

Bet you are part of the execs who got the bonus approved, so you can easily say that those are well deserved. Lucky you!!!! Just for you to know, I far from being well paid. and Sales is not part of my job description that is why I do not sale. There are several teams who support the products and services sold... Otherwise Sales wouldn't have a S--- t to sale.
So these minions that you disrespect are needed or you can show me how a company can survive only with Sales people and nobody else. If you think that you only need Sales guys, I can see how well informed you are about the company and what is done around you.
Non-sales people work too hard and devote too much time to save the company you are sinking, and without any bonus. You have much to learn from being ethical and not just a well paid a m---n.
But the execs managed to meet the EBITDA objective . What do you all minions do except taking high salary and not making sale. Time for you to go. The exec bonus are well deserved and the judge agreed
Several different organizations were impacted within ACS by the layoffs that were communicated on Monday to address the gap of ACS revenues being 7 M below what executives projected. Go figure! They under estimated the impact on revenue (services renewals and new contracts) while being on Chapter 11... and of course the fastest way to adjust margin is by reducing headcount and costs.
Sadly most of those 7M match the bonus our top execs were granted and that could have saved the people butts..
Associates were separated but it is also under consideration to layoff of contractors on the next phase as well. The next reduction plan will be in about 2 weeks after the results for Q2 are finally posted and made official. Based on those, management will decide how many more have to go.
They have already asked managers to gather the possible scenarios and calculate backlog,based on different percentages of people gone: ranging from a few to almost whole teams.

Avaya leadership doesnt know sh-- about sales or how to motivate them. Top people have left for a good reason.. daily calls about your numbers will wear anyone down. Lack of trust. No disrespect but when operations is leading sales, its time to leave.
This shot was the last straw for me, handed in my notice today. Had enough of this crap....
As per new culture with new leadership entities - newer guys get higher merit increase than seasoned guys who spend long time in company.
