HW apps mostly drive team's but don't do anything related to HW, this function should be moved to India.

Please create a learn to use equipment training for new employees at HW apps.
Move pushy non contributors back to their respective countries, allow Americans to innovate in Qualcomm like back in the glory days.
Agree with OP, no value just pushing people around, I though that was PM's job?
