They don't want to keep legacy HPE staff who does average 1-2 hours work daily and 5-6 hours fun out of their 8 hours working day.
Most of the employees who are more than 5 years old are OUT OF DATE when it comes to technology and processes.Middle level managers don't do anything except working on leave and appraisal tools and always biased about their favorite team members who also don't do anything except helping managers for their excel work and play dirty politics with other team members....
They are just enjoying the lazy work culture of HPE...
