Let's start with some info about the Managers and leads at W, all are coming from a company which failed due to the type of people they hired, company used to make phones and started with "K". Managers are useless don't add any value and the Zombie just walk around building W, his sickness could be fixed if he works and do something productive.

At night all ATE machines and handlers running by themselves as people is watching Netflix all over W, some other sleeping at their cars.....excellent management

I would say none of them have a clue of what they are doing. From manufacturing of Phones to Semiconductors??? I have no idea who hired these clowns.

Ops keeps hiring people and end up doing nothing or watching movies at the test floor, the director and manager don't have a facing idea of what is going on......
