Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

When is the big day?

It's been over a year since the last big layoff and HR put a hold on layoffs during 2016. Now that the fiscal year is done and the stock is in the toilet, something has to happen. They already axed goldfish and store of the future and there's already some shakups going on in management. Who's hearing what? What's next for the rest of us???

Have a walk out.

Every one...no one will be there to do the work. That will show them

4rbm - Believe what you want. You can review the ones let go under T Lindahl's group.

Executives are making Target an attractive acquisition. Dumping innovation initiatives, lower stock price, no new investments... Mark my words, we'll be working for someone else in the near future.

What a great time to go back and re-visit some of the recent predictions here re layoffs and how things panned out:

"Jan 21st. Date fixed"

"Scheduled for Feb 9th"

"The rumor is Feb Wk2"

"Layoffs will occur on Termination Tuesday, 1/24/17. You heard it here first."

"its 19th Jan in Target India, Thank me later"
