Humana uses Manila nurses and other staff often. They can work cheaper. They can also get work done during their "day" while we are sleeping here in the states. It's like having work continue 24/7

Health Insurance companies have been outsourcing jobs to Manilla for about 4 yrs now. Google it. My guess is this was the claims processing jobs that were just eliminated.
