Curious are you still accountable for meeting metric, 10 or 11 contacts a day, when you're on autodialer?? I think we all already have targets on our backs, can't get much worse. Not sure if management is just cruel, trying to save themselves, or they are tying to make us quit?? Thanks in advance!
Well, it bought some an admin day to work on the licenses which was definitely needed. Guess Humana realized that the legality could be called in to question?
