I guess everyone believes one writers opinion? If halliburton couldnt buy baker, what makes it ok to buy weatherford?
Nobody cares what these two washed-up, failed has-beens do.
Halliburton's will use the new WFT CEO to strip back WFT to the bones then step in and buy it for a few dollars.
Maybe Friday the 13 when the other companies see how are new products take over the industry.

The intent of the original post may well be true, but HAL will wait until WFT declares bankruptcy. Then HAL can pick and choose which assets to buy at much lower prices.

Not true, I came over from Halliburton and I'm getting compensated a lot more than any of my team member that has been at WFT for quite some time.

Weatherford pays their employees better than halliburton.
