Thread regarding Sears layoffs

I received an email today about another F&F. It that email it said that an "additional" 10% off. What does that mean? I scanned the whole thing and I am not sure. Is it 10% in points extra or an actual 10% off?

I had three customers today who had problems with black friday cards. I am not getting my 5, 3 ,2, 1 points now even though I did before.

My pay is a mess.

F-em.

My manager won't show up so I am MOD. I am out of oils for oil changes.

In response to your post 10% off in specific areas and 15% in appliances......associates also get 15% back in points in hardlines and 20% back in softlines. Associate points are stackable. If you are not getting or seeing your points for the 5321 card...... is it the 2% in points or the 10% points or both?

It is money off and 5% back in points. And the percent off depends on what department you are buying in.
