Here we go again..... Sr. leadership is clueless! How can you go lay off a bunch of people when you can't even agree on what ERP system we should land on? Layoff a bunch of Enbridge folks and the Spectra survivors will have fum learning oracle on the fly. Dump the Spectra folks and watch the Enbridge staff struggle with SAP. I could understand if we were losing money and needed to tighten our belts, but both companies have been successful. I guess now that Al has broken the top ten list for CEO pay, he wants to aim for the top 5. Good luck everyone, this is all going to end horribly!

I doubt they would get rid of the Spectra Folks.
Guys settle down. Let's see what happens. At the end of the day it is business, if you are worried 😩 start picking yourself up and get your resume out there. Spend your energy in planning how to deal with this uncertainty instead of just getting consumed with stuff you don't have control over. My two cents hope it helps.
So the smart thing here is to have oracle and sap and the costs of supporting both and the headaches associated with pulling info together? That's just a waste
