Hand injury

I wanted to know if i received a cut (very minor) and did not report it if I am in trouble?

The dressing is kept hidden because of me wearing my gloves so I will hold off for now. I can not afford to be on the top of the list.

I wouldn't report it. I'm sure they trained you how to properly preform you job without incurring injuries. So they will determine that you don't follow work instructions and are a risk hazard. Probably move your name to the top of the RIF list.

Report it and WFT will record it for future disciplinary action against you or keep quiet and risk dying from blood poisoning at least you will die with an excellent work record.

It could lead to where the company violated OSHA regulations by not documenting an injury at work. Doesn't have to result in Workman's Comp, but it must be reported and without retaliation. Now the company looks suspect for non-compliance, which could result in an investigation for other violations.
