I have not signed any employment continuation agreement/severance package yet I have it but am not totally sure what to do. If there was a new Lawsuit regarding hours against K..I would jump on that legal wagon.
Any feedback?

KSR are OT exempt but it says based on 40 hrs a week. So how does that work when you work 50 hours every week and have to answer phone calls when on vacation or sick? My paycheck says 40 hrs on it based on salary.
We are being offered garbage. And have till end of March to sign. Not sure if we should sign or sue on breech of contract in Dallas.
you can stay on the over time law suit since it happened a couple of years ago, and kelloggs cant do a thing about it, you will still get your your package , I called the lawyer and asked them about it , so stay in screw these bastards!!!!
I believe u have 3 wks from the time u received your severance stay on package haven't heard the 16th is the deadline just received mine severance package a wk ago it states u have 3 wks to get back with Kellogg on your decision
if you do not sign and return documents by the 16th you are considered terminated protect yourself and sign
I hired a lawyer to deal with Kellogg, end result I signed. They hold the cards and the severance. Be careful, the sharks bite.
