Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

NEW LAWSUIT?

I have not signed any employment continuation agreement/severance package yet I have it but am not totally sure what to do. If there was a new Lawsuit regarding hours against K..I would jump on that legal wagon.

Any feedback?

KSR are OT exempt but it says based on 40 hrs a week. So how does that work when you work 50 hours every week and have to answer phone calls when on vacation or sick? My paycheck says 40 hrs on it based on salary.

I hired a lawyer to deal with Kellogg, end result I signed. They hold the cards and the severance. Be careful, the sharks bite.
