So, it looks like they are hiring more of my position, which is good? Maybe I will not be laid off in the next month? It seems like they have eliminated every other part of our job but calling members. No one is getting promoted. There is barely any correlation between performing well and getting any type of reward. I am spending so much energy doing positive self-talk to keep my metrics up. Does anyone feel like Humana has become a dead end, energy s---ing hole?

Humana has proven to be my worse job ever..I loved it in the beginning but it made liars out of people you thought you could trust.. I've been here over five years, a top performer and now Im told I can't do anything right, my documentation, my care plans, I'm too friendly with my Members.
Oh well that's me !,,this job is not going to change my love for people,I would rather quit then let them change my feelings for my MBRs.
I don't really know what we are doing now, I think we are .learning how to document complaints !,!
I wonder what this means for non licensed staff. These members have to come from somewhere.
They do not care how we are our how our well being is. They proclaim they care for their employees but we all know that is a lie. They give no rauies like other companies for cost of living and IF you get a raise it is so small you can barely notice it. Some years you get passed over all together. The morale is pitiful amongst the staff and they do not care. How sad, this used to be the best job ever and now I dread it daily

Humana is definitely a dead-end job now. It used to be the place for career growth.
