Anyone know how the SYW 10% back in points is supposed to work? I can't get it to work no matter what I try. You get NO points.

You will see the points in our account after 24hrs.
What are you talking about? Are you referring to the associate discount points (which are 15% in hardlines and 20% in soft lines)? If so, you need to go onto 88sears under my personal information (where you view pay stubs and work schedule, etc). Click associate discount and the type in your rewards card #. Once you link your rewards card # it will automatically give you the points when you purchase something. It's worked for me no problem.
