Niblock is a joke...just like the whole company. I agree if I worked there I would be updating my resume and sending them out. No way I would work for a company like this.
It's always been about the $$$. Fire all the highest paid. Call it whatever you want. He is an a--hole. I wish people would have fired him long ago. Only thing Lowe's does for it's employees is what looks better to the public. Like letting the public know they match 401K.
B&G was extremely popular in my old store. Sure it was is many others. To me it was a great form of advertising at a low cost. Is corporate that desperate to save a buck? If so, most of the remaining FT employees better update their resumes. Niblock must be salivating at all the benefits and salary he can save by letting them go after they train their seasonal replacements.
