Do a bit of research on the REAL renewable technologies that already exist. Not the plug in cars, that was all for show. Renewable technology is here and now, and is the reason the oil crash is happening.
There will be no recovery this time. It will be a slow bleed, as it has been already. All the tricks in the book won't save your jobs. Change has come and as usual, caught 99.5% of people by surprise, even though it has been in the news for decades.
Be disagreeable. It makes you seem important, as if you add value with a different opinion. Add incompetence and you'll get promoted, possibly into management, and they never get the boot!
Schedule several meetings daily. Look really busy.
Don't get old.
I send at least 20 emails a day and strategically time few of them after 5.00 pm or later.
Always, always nod your head yes, continuously, whenever your boss is yacking.
