So glad I have one foot out the door. What a mess Frankenstein has made. Last step to new career is a drug test and I am out. Love that we are being told to speak up and be candid. That way, you can have another meeting or two or three with your coach on your barriers-to basically tell you there is no reason that is valid. Just cut your member off at 20 minutes- no matter what issue is. But they care about those member. Umm no you don't. You care about more money and won't come back to those actually doing the work or the members in any way- but into The big boys fat pockets. I cannot believe they think we are so stupid. I am an RN and used to stress in my job. This is unnecessary and sickening. I am so sorry for those that feel they have no other option. This went from being one of the best jobs I've ever had to most certainly the worst. So disappointing. And disgusted all the coaches are little Humana robots too. Almost more disgusted with them-they are nurses too and shocked at the level they are bending over and asking for more!

WOW that was really well said! Me too, RN for a long time, used to stress and being busy and hearing patients concerns, and after being here for years it has slowly degraded to a weird negative metrics based pressure cooker, with streams of corporate platitudes and corporate - speak about how much we care for the people we serve ( MF even said that today! BLAH) ... really? The people we serve yell at me , i have been yelled at and hung up on the past 4 months ( and I never was yelled at or hung up on before!!) and this has not just been " normal " mad loud voices, but truly yelling loudly and rude language and don't call again and You People ... and honestly I sit there and listen and in my heart I agree with many of their complaints. It has been pathetic and sad and crushing, because yes, as a human, as an RN and someone who does care about people , and so many are seniors, I am sick at heart, truly. and I am looking elsewhere .

I am right there with you. One foot out the door. It was a good job and I felt like I made a difference. Now I feel like I am just as guilty as the higher ups in fraud against the members and my professional standards will no longer be compromised. The coaches are awful- lie through their teeth. And are not at all supportive. They expect you to step up while they have taken several running leaps away from any responsibility. Being on several teams, I see a clear difference now in the quality/integrity of the coaches and their expectations.
